Illtud Llyr Dunsford
Illtud is a Farmer, Agri-Food Consultant & former owner of Charcutier Ltd, which won the BBC Food and Farming Award for Best Food Producer in the UK. His time as a Nuffield Farming Trust Scholar led him to quit conventional farming and work on alternative proteins, particularly cultivated meat.

Jim Laird
Jim is founder of ENOUGH Foods. He has worked in the food industry for 20+ years in roles in operations, sales and general management, and has experience in large corporates, start-ups and in both listed and private companies. Jim has specific experience in meat-free markets and was a general manager at Quorn.

Jim Mellon
Jim is an author, entrepreneur and an investor with interests in a number of sectors including biotech and sustainable food. He is the lead shareholder in Agronomics, and his latest book, Moo's Law, is about the science and investment opportunities of cellular agriculture and alternative proteins.

Michael is Chairman of the Committee of University Chairs. He was formerly Chief Executive of 3i Group plc and seconded to the HM Treasury to help to develop the potential for the Private Finance Initiative in the NHS.
