Benjamina is founder of Higher Steaks.  She previously co-founded a B2B electronics company selling to FTSE500 companies and has also worked at Israeli 3D printing company, Stratasys, at the digital marketing division of PepsiCo's joint venture with Strauss and was the lead developer an ed-tech startup. 

Jeremy is the Founder and Chair of the FAIRR Initiative (Farm Animal Investment Risk & Return), Coller Animal Law Forum (CALF) and invests in the alternative protein industry through CPT Capital, which donates its profits to charity.

Illtud is a Farmer, Agri-Food Consultant & former owner of Charcutier Ltd, which won the BBC Food and Farming Award for Best Food Producer in the UK. His time as a Nuffield Farming Trust Scholar led him to quit conventional farming and work on alternative proteins, particularly cultivated meat.

Jim is founder of ENOUGH Foods.  He has worked in the food industry for 20+ years in roles in operations, sales and general management, and has experience in large corporates, start-ups and in both listed and private companies. Jim has specific experience in meat-free markets and was a general manager at Quorn.

Jim is an author, entrepreneur and an investor with interests in a number of sectors including biotech and sustainable food.  He is the lead shareholder in Agronomics, and his latest book, Moo's Law, is about the science and investment opportunities of cellular agriculture and alternative proteins.

Michael is Chairman of the Committee of University Chairs. He was formerly Chief Executive of 3i Group plc and seconded to the HM Treasury to help to develop the potential for the Private Finance Initiative in the NHS. 

Aamer is the founder of Better Grain and Patron of The Lord Sarfraz Foundation.  He was recently appointed the Prime Minister's Trade Envoy to Singapore.

Rosie is Co-Founder and Partner at Synthesis Capital, an investment manager transforming our food system through food technology. Rosie has been focused on food tech and alternative proteins since the inception of the industry, through the lens of both ESG (in her role launching the FAIRR Initiative) and venture capital (helping to build the CPT Capital portfolio).
